Embroidery Operator

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machine, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
- Set up designs, threads, and materials to align with client specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability, making adjustments as needed.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in excellent working condition.
- Organize and track orders to maintain an efficient production flow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial embroidery or a similar production setting is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
- Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
